How we use it
We use enquiry details to reply to you, to understand what you need, and to keep a record of our business correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Enquiries submitted through the form are saved in a database hosted by Supabase, a managed Postgres database provider that acts as our service provider. Access is limited to the people at VLK NEXA Global Services who handle enquiries.
So that we can reply quickly, a copy of each enquiry may also be sent to the internal email or messaging tool our team uses to receive notifications. It is used only to respond to you.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics and advertising. At present this website does not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy.
- Server logs. Like most websites, the servers and hosting services that deliver this site may record technical details such as your IP address, browser user agent, the pages requested and the time of the request. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.
- Spam protection. When the enquiry form is submitted, our server briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It is held in memory for a short time and is not saved with your enquiry.
- Theme preference.If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. This is not a cookie and it is not sent to our servers. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
- Fonts. The fonts on this site are served from our own website. Your browser does not make a request to Google Fonts when you visit.
Contacting us by phone, email or WhatsApp
If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, the information you share is also handled by the provider of that service (your telecom operator, your email provider or WhatsApp) under their own terms and privacy policies. We use what you send us only to respond and to keep a record of the conversation.
Links to other websites
This site may link to other websites, such as a map of our office location. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain our business records. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will do so unless we are required by law to keep it.

Access to stored enquiries is restricted to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights

Children
