Marks are compiled by hand before every result. Management waits for reports, and parents ring the office for information that should already be in front of them.

The School Management, Exam Management, Admission Management, Library Management and Board of Studies modules share one student record, so data is entered once. You can take all five modules or begin with the ones you need most. Where your campus works differently, we customise screens, workflows and reports. From our base in Tiruppur, we handle data migration, staff training and support after go-live.

How much does the EdTech ERP cost for a school or college?
The cost depends on which modules you take, how many campuses and users you have, and how much customisation and data migration is needed. We do not publish a flat price because institutions differ too much. After a discovery call we give you a fixed-scope or milestone-based quote, so you know what you are paying for before work starts.
How long does it take to go live with the school management software?
Going live usually takes a few weeks for modules deployed as they are, and a few months where several modules need heavy customisation. Clean data shortens the schedule. A phased rollout timed around the academic calendar often works well. After discovery we share a dated plan for each phase, so your staff know what is coming and when.
Is this a fixed product, or can it be customised for our institution?
It is a ready-built product that can also be customised. You can deploy the five modules as they are, or ask us to adapt screens, workflows, reports and grading rules for each campus. Because VLK NEXA also builds custom software, requirements outside the standard modules can be developed and connected to the same student record.
How is student data protected, and can you migrate our existing records?
Access is role-based, so management, staff, students and parents only see what their role permits, and yes, we migrate existing records from spreadsheets and older systems. We check the migrated data with your team before go-live. Hosting is agreed with you during planning, typically on a cloud platform such as AWS or Azure. We sign an NDA on request.
Do you work with schools and colleges outside Tiruppur?
Yes. We are based there and work with institutions in Coimbatore, Erode and the rest of Tamil Nadu, across India and overseas, with remote delivery where an on-site visit is not practical. After go-live you get user training, a single point of contact and continued support for fixes, changes and new modules.
