Machine Learning Models
Forecasting, classification and recommendation models trained on your own data, with clear accuracy measures and a plan for retraining as conditions change.
VLK NEXA is an AI solutions company in India, based in Tiruppur and working with businesses across Tamil Nadu and abroad. We build machine learning models, chatbots, document automation and LLM applications, and we run the cloud underneath them. That means migration, architecture on AWS, Azure or GCP, DevOps and cost control, delivered by one accountable team.
At a glance
Many businesses have tried an AI demo that never reached daily use. Others moved servers to the cloud and now pay more for the same problems. The causes are usually the same: unclear business goals, scattered data, no deployment pipeline and nobody who owns the system after launch. AI and cloud need to be planned together, around a real process.
We start with one process where AI can remove real effort, such as reading documents, answering routine queries, forecasting demand or checking images. We confirm the data exists and is usable before we promise a model. We then build the cloud foundation it needs: secure accounts, infrastructure as code, automated releases and monitoring. You see working software early in agile sprints, and you deal with a single point of contact throughout.
Forecasting, classification and recommendation models trained on your own data, with clear accuracy measures and a plan for retraining as conditions change.
Assistants that answer from your own documents and systems, using OpenAI APIs, LangChain and Hugging Face models, with guardrails and human handover where needed.
Extraction of data from invoices, purchase orders, forms and certificates, validated against your rules and posted into your ERP or accounting system.
Image-based checks for production and warehouse settings. Fabric and defect inspection is one possible use, scoped with a pilot on your own samples first.
Assessment, planning and migration of applications and databases to AWS, Azure or GCP, with security, backup and recovery designed in from the start.
CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring and regular cost reviews. Managed support runs during business hours with agreed response times.
We review your processes, data sources and current infrastructure, then shortlist the AI use cases and cloud changes that are feasible with the data you actually have.
We define success measures, choose the cloud platform and model approach, plan the migration order, and give you a fixed-scope or milestone-based quote.
We build in agile sprints: data pipelines, models, application interfaces and cloud environments, with working software early and results tested against your real examples.
We go live with monitoring, train your team, track model accuracy and cloud spend, and extend to further use cases once the first is stable.
Demand forecasting, document automation for export paperwork, and possible vision-based fabric and defect inspection for textile, knitwear and garment units.
Appointment and enquiry chatbots, extraction of data from reports and forms, and cloud hosting set up with access controls for sensitive records.
Product recommendations, sales forecasting and stock planning models, with cloud infrastructure designed to cope with seasonal peaks in traffic.
Automated reading of delivery notes and invoices, route and load forecasting, and cloud platforms that connect tracking data across locations.
The cost depends on scope, so we quote after a discovery phase rather than from a rate card. Pricing is fixed-scope or milestone-based, which means you know what each stage delivers before you commit. For AI work we usually recommend a small pilot on one use case first. For cloud, the quote covers our migration effort separately from the platform charges you pay the provider directly.
A single AI use case or a small cloud migration is usually planned in weeks, while a multi-system migration is planned in phases over several months. The exact timeline depends on the number of systems, the state of your data and how quickly decisions are made on your side. After discovery we give you a dated plan with milestones, and you see working software early in each sprint.
Often an existing model or cloud service is enough, and we say so when it is. Many chatbot, OCR and document tasks work well with pre-trained models and OpenAI or Hugging Face APIs, configured around your data. We recommend a custom model only when your data or accuracy needs are specific, such as forecasting from your own sales history or inspecting your own products.
Your data stays in cloud accounts that you own, with access limited to the people who need it. We sign an NDA on request before seeing any data. We use encryption, role-based access and separate environments for testing and production. For LLM applications we agree in advance which data may be sent to external APIs, and we can use privately hosted models where that is not acceptable.
Yes, we work remotely with clients across Tamil Nadu, India and overseas, and meet in person in Tiruppur, Coimbatore and nearby districts when it helps. After go-live we provide training and managed support during Indian business hours, with response times agreed in writing. We do not claim round-the-clock cover. If you need extended hours, we discuss that during planning.
